Job Title:  Senior Enterprise Sales Executive

Job Summary:

The leading provider of information management solutions for government and private provider human services organizations has retained The Heiden Group to land an "outperforming" executive to run sales in the Northeast market. Our client is a stable 12 year old company with over 450 clients and is experiencing significant growth after recently purchasing one of its top competitors. The position will report directly to the VP of Sales and be given "ownership" and responsibility for running the entire region. The Sr. Enterprise Sales Executive will devise a territory plan for the region and spearhead all sales efforts in the territory. Opportunity in the territory is unlimited due to an increase in funding which has expanded demand for the company's products. Candidates should have experience selling into state and local governments, as well as both public and private health and human services organizations. Consistent over achievement of quota and 5 + year track record of closing six-figure enterprise software solutions a must. Subject matter knowledge in the general health and human services space, sales to state, county, and local governments and experience selling Saas solutions preferred. Travel 40% plus.

The Heiden Group has been asked to spearhead efforts to find an Account Executive for one of the leading providers of essential communications services to the global communications and Internet industry. Our client provides market-leading services that enable trusted communication across networks, applications, and enterprises around the world. The company is exceptionally stable with 15% year over year growth. The position will round out a successful six person team reporting to a Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least two to four years experience in an inside solution sales environment. Candidates should be highly motivated to cold call in order to build a robust pipeline as the position is 100% new business focused. If you are a hunter and have met and exceeded monthly quota objectives, this is the job for you! An understanding of Internet technologies is preferable. Excellent comp package.

We have been charged with finding several mid-level Account Executives (AE) to come on-board due to tremendous growth being realized by the company and the sales division. The new VP of Sales is a former colleague of ours - and is known for building successful sales teams and having a terrific office environment/culture. The company has been around for more than 10 years, has over 1000 customers realizing over $30M in revenue. This is a rare SaaS opportunity that is a "start-up" within a well established and financially stable (profitable) company. The company is growing at a rapid pace and therefore offers potential for upward mobility.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of sales experience in an environment where they have run the entire sales process from start to finish. The company puts significant emphasis on its corporate and sales culture and therefore believes that working from the Tyson's Corner, VA office is critical for success. Candidates must be willing to generate their own leads and run the full sales process to closure.

Top Account Executives are earning $150k+

Salary:  $50,000 - $65,000
