We have an excellent relationship with the Federal VP of Sales and have placed several folks in Engagement Director roles this year. As a Federal Engagement Director, candidates will be responsible for managing and prospecting into Federal opportunities, focusing on driving revenue, building and maintaining relationships, and achieving an established quota. Candidates will hunt within assigned direct Federal accounts, while developing and maintaining relationships up to the C-level. Sustained Business development is critical in this role to create key relationships and in order to meet and exceed aggressive revenue goals. Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years of broad telecommunications experience, including account management and business development in Federal agencies. Candidates should be able to exhibit a disciplined, entrepreneurial approach to achieve the company's goals and capitalize on market opportunities. Candidates should be well-versed on Networx contract requirements and be able to leverage relationships with Networx contract holders. Experience managing key relationships with systems integrators, Federal Carriers and 8A's is a must. Prior DoD and Intel experience will be given priority. Security clearance is a plus.

Our client is a key player in the Networx Enterprise and Universal contract. This position reports to a well established and respected executive within the company. Candidates will hunt and farm within assigned Federal accounts, while developing and maintaining relationships up to the C-level. Business development in this role must be well sustained over a period of time in order to create key relationships and in order to meet and exceed aggressive revenue goals. Ideal candidates will have 5 - 10 years of telecommunications experience, including account management and business development in Federal agencies. Candidates should be able to adopt a disciplined, entrepreneurial approach to achieve the company's goals and objectives and to capitalize on and exploit market opportunities. Candidates should be well versed on the capabilities of the Networx contract. Prior DHS and DoJ as well as contacts within the major Networx carrier service providers will be give priority.
