The Heiden Group is seeking a talented technology sales professional to join our team in Reston, VA or San Francisco. This Associate will be focused on the full life cycle recruiting process for current and future client companies. This role requires capturing new clients, recruiting candidates for their open positions and managing each search to its end. Ideal candidates for this role will have at least 8 years of technology sales and/or recruiting experience; with a demonstrated track record of driving successful sales activity and maintaining solid client relations. Candidates should be highly organized and able to operate independently on a daily basis.
